I operate on a per-project-rate basis, unless a retainer deal is in place. With that being said, every project is different and requires special attention and consideration for what you (as the client) need and want. Story boarding, creative direction, travel, equipment, and post processing times will all be evaluated before given a final estimate that makes sense.
